1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k666a ("we", "us", "the Company", "k666a"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at k666a.bet. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the k666a platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on k666a.bet, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the k666a platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active k666a account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. k666a strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money gambling activity, in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Pakistani market.
• You must be a natural person, acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of k666a or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through k666a or any other gambling operator.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension.

k666a reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3. Account Management

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the k666a platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, k666a reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts without notice;
• Forfeit any bonus balances, free spins, or promotional credits held in duplicate accounts;
• Void any bets placed or winnings generated through duplicate accounts;
• Refund the original deposit amount to the payment method used, at k666a's sole discretion following investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your k666a account. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential. You must notify k666a's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. k666a will never request your password by any means of communication.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. k666a may apply a monthly administration fee of PKR 200 to dormant account balances, provided the balance is sufficient. Once a balance reaches zero, the dormant account may be closed. Prior written notice will be provided to the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

k666a operates a PKR-native wallet system. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are accepted on the k666a platform:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay
• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20

Minimum Deposit: PKR 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, although transaction limits imposed by your payment provider may apply independently of k666a's platform limits.

Withdrawal Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours from the time of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours subject to network congestion.

k666a does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside k666a's control. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to blockchain network fees deducted from the withdrawal amount.

k666a reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request. During such a review, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to seventy-two (72) hours. The player will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

k666a offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are used only after the real-money balance has been exhausted, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, and IP address, unless the offer explicitly states it is a recurring promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each bonus offer's individual terms.
• k666a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus at the time of modification will not be retroactively affected by changes to wagering requirements.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion between accounts, or systematic exploitation of mathematical loopholes — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the k666a platform — whether in the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules governing that game or market type, as published on the platform, in addition to these general betting rules.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the k666a system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player. Confirmation is communicated via the on-screen bet receipt and, where enabled, push notification.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game and betting market are displayed at the point of wagering. k666a reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Palpable Errors: In the event of a manifest or obvious error in odds, game paytables, or other information displayed on the platform (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"), k666a reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from palpable errors are not payable.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection, server failure, or other technical interruption during gameplay or in-play betting, k666a will seek to restore the session to the state recorded immediately prior to the interruption. Where restoration is not possible, stakes may be returned at k666a's discretion.
• Cricket & PSL Betting: All cricket betting markets, including PSL matches, are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook. Match result markets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic PSL fixtures).

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k666a platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, potentially giving rise to account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any manner not available to a standard user;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events offered on the k666a sportsbook;
• Chip dumping, collusion, or any coordinated strategy between multiple accounts designed to transfer funds or manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the k666a platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the k666a platform's software, security systems, or random number generators;
• Registering under a false identity or misrepresenting your age, location, or personal details in any communication with k666a;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k666a staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via any communication channel on the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

k666a is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling for all players. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from within every player account, with no support ticket or waiting period required for limits to take effect:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the player at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can set session duration alerts to notify them when a specified amount of time has been spent on the platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently stop gambling on k666a may request a full self-exclusion. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k666a platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any k666a content without prior written authorisation;
• Use any k666a trademarks, logos, or brand materials for any purpose other than identifying k666a as the service provider;

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k666a's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k666a expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions outside k666a's reasonable control;
